Hi — I’m Chris Lowe, a performance nutritionist working with elite athletes who are serious about winning, recovering, and prolonging their careers. My job is to handle the details of your fuelling strategy so you can focus on training, performing, and living like a pro.
I’ve coached hundreds of athletes, across sports and stages of development. I’m here to challenge, support, and optimise every phase of your performance — not just on the podium, but in the process that gets you there.

’I’ve been working with Chris for the past year. During this time, I have been racing the National Road Series. Chris has helped me achieve my best-ever performances whilst maintaining optimal bodyweight and composition.
’I worked with Chris to hone in my nutrition, this is an area I always thought I knew pretty well, but I wanted to ensure I was optimising every area of my performance. The biggest thing for me was the size of meals I needed. In the past, I snacked much more between main meals, whereas a significant change we made was to have larger main meals. This left me full, fuelled and recovered for the next session!
Chris’s program provided me with invaluable learning on nutrition and provided me with a nutrition plan that was easy to follow and had enough flexibility to allow for social events without derailing progress.
With a focus on consuming the right amount of carbs before and after training, I have been able to consistently nail key training sessions, and big weekends no longer leave me floored. Under Chris’s guidance, I dropped 13lbs and set big new PBs in cycling and running.
