Hey, I’m Chris Lowe and I personally coach pro athletes from all over the world to take ownership of their nutrition so  they can dominate their competition.

The startegies I cover in the cook book combined with the recipe portion sizes have been designed for athletes with high training demands. Therefore they are not best for those who do not train for long durations or intensily.

The average cooking time is approx. 25-30 minutes with some recipes being prepeared in as little as 5-10 minutes!

Not at all. Each recipe has clear instructions  on how to prepeare and cook the ingredients listed. However, it would be adviseable to cook with someone more experienced initially until you build up your culinary skills.

Absolutely, these recipes have been listed at the end of each section!

 

Each recipe has been appropriately labelled if they contain dairy or gluten. The recipes included in the Athlete cook book mostly contain single ingredient foods, therefore identifying known allergens can be clearly made.
