So, who am I and why should you listen to me?

Hi, my name’s Chris. I’m founder of Chris Lowe Nutrition and I’ve personally coached athletes from all around the world to look, feel and perform better through upgrading their nutrition.

I’m also the performance nutritionist for both Superleague side Hull Kingston Rovers and for the WASPS Senior Academy. I have a MSc in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, a BSc in Sports Biomedicine & Nutrition and I’m an evidence based practitioner that has dedicated his career in making performance nutrition achievable for athletes.

Nutrition coaching is a huge passion of mine and I’d love to start working with you so you can finally achieve your goals.

They will take you to your goal in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Preference focused, appetising recipes that are allow you to eat amazing foods whilst achieving results. It’s commonly believed that nutrition plans consist of boring and bland meals – not anymore, you’ll be eating easy to prepare, delicious meals that you actually look forward to eating.

Supplement Guidance and Education

Sometimes following a food first approach isn’t always possible due to scheduling, training demands and food preferences – In this case, we may need to fill in the gaps of your diet where food cannot. In addition to this, there is a very small list of performance supplements that can be used to further enhance your exercise capacity. During the coaching programme, you’ll also become aware of which ones work, which ones don’t and which ones are harmful. This alone will save you a lot of time, effort and money in the long run.

The meal plans I provide act as your road map, they’ll essentially tell you how to get to your destination. But what happens if there is a diversion or a road block? We plan for this and overcome it without losing too much time and effort. This is why meal plans are accompnaied by coaching, because the route is never a straight line or direct.

During the programme, you won’t be sticking to one set of meal plans throughout as they’ll be changing based on progress, preferences and suggestions discussed during the coaching calls. With nutrition coaching this frequently, you have the option for a brand new set of meal plans every fortnight.

As places on the coaching programme are limited, I do ask that you fit the following criteria. This will not only position you to achieve serious results, but will ensure that I am most suited to you so I can provide the most value possible during the coaching period.

    • You are not looking for a quick fix or one-off meal plan.
    • You are ready and fully committed to starting nutrition coaching.
    • You have an understanding of basic nutrition principles and have had some experience in monitoring your own nutrition.
    • For non-athletes, you need to be serious about your training and performance.
    • You are not looking for medical advice to treat a clinical condition. If this is you, then please consult a specialist through your doctor’s practice who will direct you accordingly

If you DON’T meet the coaching criteria above, I’m more than happy to refer you to some excellent practitioners in the field of nutrition that are going to be more suited in helping you with your goals.
