Having multiple discussions with Chris I gained knowledge of what nutrients my body needed, and when the right time is to consume specific macronutrients.
Moving into pre-season my volume increased again so there was a greater importance to meet my nutrient requirements daily and continue to do so weekly! Therefore we devised and planned meals together to ensure I was consuming sufficient calories through the day to meet my bodies demands. This provided me with appropriate energy, sufficient fuel to recover and replenish my energy stores in order to train again for the next session with greater intensity!

I approached Chris after a friend had suggested I look at his online guides. I have been working with Chris for the past 12 weeks and can’t believe how much I have progressed. My main focus for the 12 weeks was to lose some body fat but maintain my strength and muscle mass. I have dropped 5kg in bodyweight and during my last max out managed to maintain my 1RM for deadlift and hit a PB on both my back squat and bench press.
Chris has been more than a nutritionist during this time, often providing life coaching skills with his on demand assistance and answering any questions I had along the way. In addition, I feel that Chris has brought joy back into my food with some amazing recipes and lots of variety. Chris taught me the principles behind his method as well as the science and was able to debunk several myths for me.
